We are excited to announce our teen mindfulness group beginning on 11/20 in Ridgewood, NJ. The group is for teens ages 14-18 and is aimed to reduce stress, improve coping skills, social skills, and overall well-being using mindfulness techniques. The group will be on Fridays at 4 pm.
